You can also put sand, sugar, cement mix, cake mix, whatever you want. Doesn't mean it's a good idea.

Me personally... I wouldn't run it, but I wont say you shouldn't because frankly I just haven't done enough research. I know there are guys running WMO (waste motor oil) too without issues. To me, it seems silly to take a fluid that has been used for lubrication and surely has some sort of metal particles in it, and then run it in my fuel system. I'm sure it could be done. I use WVO (waste vegetable oil) in my truck, but I use a proper system and filter really well, so I'm not against alt fuels, just some of them out there scare me. Mine is a completely secondary fuel system though.

Before you do anything, price out the fuel system for a 6.0, then think hard about what you put in the tank.

From what I've heard from a few older car guys is that it used to be a good thing to do but not so much anymore because of a difference in the chemical breakdown of the new formula of atf. Now its made more so it doesn't break down under heat, I've heard you might as well use 2 stroke oil. This is all only what I've heard so I cannot be sure its true

Only Ashless 2 cycle for boat motors should be used.

And it should only be used as an additive, not your only fuel source. ATF can and has been used as the fuel, not the additive. Two different topics of discussion there...
