The newer Fords will handle a 35" tire without modifications if Im not mistaken, maybe a leveling kit, but possibly not.

Yeah it will depend on the backspacing of the wheel. If you're using stock wheels you'll definitely want a leveling kit. F350 just needs the spacers up front, F250 needs spacers up front and F350 rear blocks. I run 315/70/17's on my 250 with the leveling kit and blocks. No rubbing.

A 35x12.5x20 should fit. They're pricey though...

Is 275/65/20 the "stock" size if you're running 20" rims? I'm running 17's now and would like to move up to 20"s. I might change my mind if they're close to $500 per corner though.

No they're bigger than stock, around a 34" or 35" I believe

All that I know is that I have 37x13.50x20 with a six inch lift and I still had to cut a little of the plastic inner fender away so I wouldn't scare people in parking lots when I would turn. I do have different wheels though too.

The difference between a 35" tire and a 37" tire isn't just 2" though. It's quite a big step. More like 4". Not sure why tire sizes are so inconsistent compared to the lable on the tire!?

Different offset wheels will make a differenc too. I have two buddies that had/have 37's using a 6" lift. One had to trim his inner fenders too, the other did not. Different wheels though.

i got 18" wheels and the best tire that was aggressive and best priced was the interco m16. i got the 38x13.5x18 for around 320 apeice and with about 15000 on em now u cant tell they have worn at all. really aggressive good traction good wear. only issue is they are a bit noisy and they vibrate some but i would buy them again in a heartbeat

What would the price of a similar 20" tire cost? If it's $350 vs $320, I think the looks of the 20's are worth the extra.

I know, I know, I could go check the local shop too... Just might do that while I'm running around today!
