Dont need to be a dealer to bid. Just have to have a license if your gonna bid in al sections. There is a section that stats no License required for those who are not dealers/brokers. Cool site though. Matter of fact. We are having them pick up my sons car adn auction it off.

 

Non dealers can only bid on clean title vehicles. And since this is where all the insurance cars go. They are mostly salvage title vehicles and you have to be a dealer to buy
