In my opinion your temps are fine, you're only about 9 degrees F difference from oil to coolant, which is acceptable. Sounds like you have some bad injectors, which is why I question the quality of fuel you have available to you in Russia. You generator (alternator here) charging higher than usual is surprising to me. You say you got 48v on the FICM, was this test done both with the Key on and engine off, as well as the key on engine on?

The consensus with the heads is no more than .008" should be removed from the surface. (.2302 mm)

TANSLATION

i would have to say that the loosing that many injectors and haveing the truck still run is very odd. if you have lost 5 injectors not firing or not firing completly then i would not expect the truck to run at all. as for the egr and oil cooler i do not know what kind of emissions standards are in russia but i would say delete the egr if you can because it serves no purpose.

also i used google translator to translate this for you so its a little easier to understand so forgive any bad translations

I agree, usually when one bank of cylinders all of a sudden has all the injectors go bad, it's a FICM problem. Doesn't it just seem too coincidental that the whole bank went bad and the other bank is fine? FICM is the answer.

I agree with Mudstrokin.

It's possible to for the truck to run like that.... Last winter I lost 5 injectors, partially due to a bad FICM, it ran but it had absolutely took it forever to even move down the road
