OK...so i am having a problem with my 6.0 yet again. A couple of months ago it threw a code for the FICM...I had it fixed. A week later it threw a code for the back pressyre sensor....cleaned the tube and the sensor. Worked great ....now the truck coughs sometimes when driving and when I stop at a light it dies or wants to die. No CEL came on but this is driving me crazy. It is a 04 with 65K...somkeone please help me. By the way it kinda is doing the same thing that it did a couple of years ago when the ICP Sensor went bad.....could it be again???

 

Have you tried cleaning the EGR valve?

Sounds like ICP or IPR.

 

Would the icp go bad again?? I just had that thing changed back in June of 09 and have only put 7 K on the truck fince then. I will have to check the IPR. Thanx
