Oil out of exhaust

Oil out of exhaust
I have a 03 6.0 112000 miles
I was pulling camper whit blue smoke started out of exhaust lost power. Pumped 1/2 gal oil out in 1/2 mile turbo gone. Put new turbo in truck egr delete truck still pumpes oil not as much could this b a bad injector. letting oil in to cylinder?
