Default 6.0 randomly dies!

Ok have a 04 f250 (early build) The truck has no mods and I have had the computer and all that flashed. The truck has a new long block with new hpop and injectors. We started the engine after installing it and it ran great for about 4 or 5 min. then it just shut down. We couldnt get it to start for about an hour or 2. We messed with fuses, wiring connections, everything! We decided to try one more time before we left the shop for the day and when I turned the key it fired right up and ran for a few min then I cut the truck off and went home. Next day the truck fired right up and ran for about 15 or 20 min then I went to put it in gear so I could take it around the block and it shut down and wouldnt start back. Now it will run sometimes for 30 min and sometimes it wont run 30 sec. I have no idea what to look for. I have checked all the connections multiple times and looks for places that could be grounding out and everything cant find anything. I have let the truck run and gone under the hood and wiggled all the wires and connections and cant get it to cut off but eventually it will just randomly shut down. Do you guys have any idea what it could be???? Should I get the truck flashed again maybe???

Sounds like a possible high pressure oil leak. It runs, warms up, oil thins out, then starts bleeding passed a damaged o-ring. Just my guess, hard to tell from here though. Why was the motor replaced? Are you getting any smoke out of it when it does fire? No codes? Know anyone with Autoenginuity?

Well the reason I dont thank its a high pressure leak is because most of the time it doesnt even have a chance to warm up b4 it cuts off and sometimes it will start right back up and run a few more min then cut off again. The engine was replaced because of oiling problem on the low side and it ate the bearings up. So we started fresh with a long block and as a said b4 we put all new injectors and a new HPOP
