air intake system

Stock is the best one out there hands down and will support up to 550ish rwhp. I'd save my money and put it somewhere else personally. With that said though, it is a major PITA to take in and out, and they're expensive to keep replacing. I use AFE and am a huge fan of their dry filters. Others also like the S&B setups.

Stock intakes are the best flowing and filtering setups that can be run on the 6.0s. Don't believe the aftermarket hype. They filter less, flow less as they get clogged and require MORE maintenance in the long run. If you mod the front snorkel on the OEM setup the filters can be swapped out in under 10 minutes. BTW the snorkel mod doesn't effect the intake temps to any great degree. While driving my IAT is within 5 degrees of OAT.
I recently located the .pdf that S&B uses in their propaganda but it shows the OEM is the best set up to run. When the OEM filter will hold over 1400 grams of dust while the S&B holds 200 grams....what setup do you want?
