What is your EOT and ECT? you probably have a bad oil cooler which has caused your EGR cooler to over heat and fail also.

pull egr valve out and see if it or the intake has any signs of coolant if it does then its the egr cooler again

Hi
Not sure what the EOT and ECT ,but I know that the oil cooler was not changed when the egr cooler was changed. I know that Ford didn't change both in the beginning but now they do for tht same problem
Your probably correct in saying that it could be the oil cooler. I will bring it back to ford,to see if they can somehow still warrenty it if it is in fact the oil cooler.
