Yes, something that should be done regardless. Good thinking. My buddy ran a triple dog on his 04 6.0 and it had bucking issues on high power levels, but that was because the transmission was hating life with that thing on there. He put an SCT on and then he could actually USE the power he had. Anyways...

glad to hear you guys are having good luck with the Rev-x. I'm gonna go another 300 miles or so and change the oil and add the Rev-X in. Hopefully this weekend.

I was planning to change my oil at 3,000 because I had done some towing. But with the addition of the Rev-X I will go by what the pre Rev-X oil report says to make a decision on how much longer to go with the Rev-X added.

If you change your oil are you going to use the same oil and Grade that you currently have in????

Probably not. I'm not sure. I've changed the oil brand almost every other oil change. I've tried running amsoil for the whole life, but it's had so much warranty work and it gets motorcraft every time Ford touches it... so it's hard to say. It's currently running the motorcraft. I think this time I will just go ahead and use the motorcraft again anyways, just to see how good the rev-x is. I've thought about the valvoline premium blue everyone raves about, but maybe for this "test" I will stick with my motorcraft.

What are all of you guys running for oil?

Today was not much of a driving day for me. Everything was great today but the temp was up in the 60's by the time I got out, so not much to compare to for a cold start. Everything is till running smooth.

I to was looking to go to the Valvoline Premium Blue. I live in a small town and not many choices for auto parts. I check with all but no one carried Val PB Diesel except O'reillys. They did not carry the synthetic. Searching the net and found a place selling the Val PB Diesel Synthetic 4 1 gallon jugs for $84 shipped. The on hand said only 2 so I bought a total of 8. The next day Andy calls about doing the Rev-X. So I guess after tis test is done I will be running the Val PB Diesel for a while.

I make a video this morning and will make another on the next cold start run with the Rev-X in. Just what short time I have drove so far I had been watching the Boost PSI for the last 2 weeks and had felt it had been low. After Adding the Rev-X I think they are a little higher now. Might just be a change in the weather because it is now raining outside. I have not had a chance to put the pedal to the floor yet. I did notice on a 1/2 throttle through the gears I saw a 23 PSI when before I usually see 15 to 18. Maybe the Rev-X is freeing up the turbo some????
We've heard that from a couple other guys. Any more news?

Have you seen any difference with the cold start yet?

Thanks you guys for posting up about how the RevX is working so far, and what you've been doing with it!! DunDoneIt, I like the video, too!

We want to hear from everyone, and what you're noticing so far.

If you got a call from Andy, and gave him your info, the RevX should be there, or at least on its way. I was out sick, but Andy was still taking care of the RevX and you guys! So, I'm anxious to hear from more of you, and how it's going!

As for the Cold starts it is going to be no cooler than 60 degrees the rest of the week. I still have not had any of the flutter that i was having. Still running fuel from same place on additives.

I get the studder and shaking when my motor is "cold" no matter of ambient air temperature, so I will know if the rev-x works or not for sure. I cant wait. I'm making a trip tonight about an hour away, so I should be at my mileage for my oil change tomorrow. Can't wait to try it out.
