hey boys
trying to contact inn diesel. bought sctx3 off them want to get it programed.how do i go about sending info and paying for programs.tried calling got nowhere . emailed got no answer. it's monday april 26 gonna take a ride down tues 27th see if i can get it done . does anyone have any ideas. this guy is harder to get in touch than the pres. let me know tonight i 'm leaving tommrow morning

If you bought the programmer from them, they should have called you and got you your three custom tunes with the purchase of the programmer? They are really hard to get a hold of this time of the year because they are working on trucks and writing tunes in the evenings. Eric is usually at the shop late summer time (9-10pm sometimes) sending tunes out.

You need your strategy from your truck first, do you have that? You can do this via email relatively simply.

Get your strategy, send him an email with your truck info:
Year
Engine
Transmission type
Gear ratios (on the door panel if you're unsure)
Tire size
Other mods you have (if any)
4x4 or 2x4

Then they will need to know what tune/tunes you want, and send your name, and phone number. If you want to speed up the process, include your credit card info for payment.

If you want to just call, call in the morning around 9am, leave a message. If they dont pick up they have always called me back within an hour.

sent vin# sct serial# strategy of truck and asked for street tow and economy didn't know too send year what motor what tranny or rear or 4x4. gonna have to send another email he's gonna think i'm nut s oh well thanks for info lets see how i make out.thanks nick

 

You may or may not need the serial number on the back of the SCT too, when I ordered my tunes last year I didn't, but it seems like everyone is asking for that now too.
