Default 6.0l Mechanic Treasure valley Idaho

Looks like I have no start due to an hpop issue. Any recommendations of a 6.0l mechanic that does work on the side? I hate to buy the logger for one repair and sell the truck but I'll do the work myself before I pay 3k to the dealer. Thanks!

2005 f250 6.0l 77k miles
Ford brand oil filter, 2500 miles on current 15w40 power stroke oil.
4" exhaust turbo back
SCT Spartan heavy tow tune.

Truck took 5 turns of the key to start yesterday. Drove it 15 miles, came back 5 hours later and will crank but won't start.
Came back 10 hours later, turns over but won't start.
Fuel gauge was around 1/8 tank. Added 10 gallons.
Fuel in fuel filter, filled to the top manually anyways. Fuel filters have 10k on them.
Oil pressure gauge reads 1/2 way when cranking.
Seems to crank at high enough rpm but no logger to verify.
Some oil around bell housing, not dripping. Been this way since I bought the truck at 60k miles.
No power loss.
Throws no codes when checked with my SCT.
The starting sequence sounds normal, normal ticks and fuel pump sounds.

I wouldn't jump to the conclusion it's the HPOP without narrowing it down more. Could be FICM related too.
