your best bet with that is to become really friendly with your local diesel performance shop owner....

The payment plan is called VISA Wanna play, gotta pay

ARP makes REAL good fasteners. Many members will say I am smoking crack on this, but if head studs are done ONE AT A TIME, the heads don't have to come off. Remove a bolt, install a stud, torque, go to the next. Some firewall components need to be moved for clearence, but it's do-able.

If you're under 100K, pay your $100 deductible and make a dealership fix it. That motor is under warranty from "turbo to oil pan" for 100K. Other than that, brace for impact, it's gonna sting!

Most of the trucks after they get studs and fresh gaskets usually puke a little out until they reach their "happy level" and then seem to stop...

Voided warranty because of the Big Hoss Bundle!?! Voided because it is over 5 years old!?! That is SUCH a load of crap! Mine is going to be 8 years old when the 2011s come out and they will keep fixing it until it is at 100,001 miles!

Take out the Six Gun, go to another dealership and put them to work! They won't warranty exhaust or inner-cooler if you have the Techni-Cooler, true, but that has absolutely D!&K to do with the motor/head gaskets. Dealerships are cheap skates and will find any excuse possible to not eat a repair job. Jones West Ford in Reno sold me a truck without a cat (Reno requires smog) and a burned up turbo! All the while swearing up and down it was good to go.
