The PDA is no longer available now anyways.
The Banks IQ looks fancy and that's about it. Supposedly later down the road you will be able to possibly have custom tunes (from banks) and it will control their nitrous systems and water injection systems, IF they ever come out with it for the public. 99% of their fast parts they use on their race trucks aren't for sale to the general public.
I'd just stick with the SCT, but that's just me.
