opinion on if you should or where to get them from?

That kit seems nice cause it's all in one, but you can buy everything individually cheaper.

ARP's $400shipped (you can get even cheaper than this)
EGR delete $300 shipped (for that sinister, you can get RCD's for $250 shipped on ebay)

Intake gaskets are reusable, and if not the whole kit from Ford is about $70. I bought mine on the forums for $25. It will include the turbo hardware too.
Oil cooler you can do two ways, buy a new one, or buy the rebuild kit, I forget the exact price, but the total of all of this is cheaper than that kit.
