Default Injector ?????

I just had my 6.0 worked on and I had the EGR COOLER the OIL COOLER HEAD STUDS and HEAD GASKET replaced. Just got the truck back a few days ago and it was not running right so I took the truck back to the dealer and they said it was number 7 injector. They said it was not bad but it was what was causing it to mess up, and he said it is common for that to happen after what was done to the truck for coolant to get in the injectors. I was wondering if it is common for that to happen or if they could of prevented it?

I don't see how it's possible for coolant to have gotten into your injectors? the only thing that should be gettin in is fuel and oil.... unless you had coolant in your oil? but then it would have probably cycled around to all the injectors instrad of just one? i'm probably wrong but from what i've learned about these trucks thats how i see it... someone please correct me if i'm wrong and tell this man the correct answer....

You won't get coolant in the injector without a cracked head, and even then you would have fuel in your coolant. Fuel pressure is about 45-50 psi and coolant pressure is about 16psi. Also, how could you have water in the injector causing it to run rough yet the injector not be bad? Sounds like someone is blowing smoke to get you to pay for repairs.

We do alot of 6.0l head gaskets and have yet to run into a problem like this. Heck, we are doing an Excursion right now and I don't see how they could get coolant into the injector unless they put the injectors on the bench next to the egr cooler or something.
