Hi i have a 2005 ford f350 FX package 4 x 4


i would like to raise the front by 2 or 3 inches , i have been looking on the net for kits

can i just change the front springs to achieve or do i have to modify steering and shocks.


the rear would be easier to lift 3 inches by modifying the leaf springs, the shock mounts looks like they can turn on the rear axle to re-adjust for hieght.

Just got the truck last month and i changed changed all the fluids and fliters.

I have also installed a S&B air filter kit...

 

you can just order a leveling kit. thats 2-3 inches right there. i probably wouldnt go more that that without changing the trac bar bracket or the pitman arm. not to mention the radius arms and the sway bar drops. you should look for a 4" lift. ive heard good things about icon.
