i just had one in my shop that got about 5 psi boost and would hardly pull a hill. found out the connector on the turbo control solinoid was loose inside. tightned connections and now back to 25 psi boost . mayhelp good luck ps this solinoid gets changed over each time a turbo is installed . probably his original solinoid and for sure his same electrical connector
