Default 6.0 Warm start problems

I have a 07 6.0 with about 80,000 miles. When the engine is cold(first start of the day) it will start after 8 seconds of cranking. After that you can forget about starting it again, unless I use Starting Fluid. No codes come up nothing. It will turn over strong but it will refuse to start. It seems like it is not getting any fuel.

So far I have changed all the fluids, new filters oil and fuel. Fuel pump has been checked. Two new batteries were installed. Nothing seems to fix it.

I am at a complete loss. So I suspect the HPOP and/or the stand pipe. Any advice on how to diagnose or fix this condition would be greatly appreciated. For the life of me I cant seem to find a descent local diesel mechanic and all of the dealers seem like they just want to play games.

Thanks

High Pressure oil system leak, or HPOP.
