Usually blue smoke is oil related. Check all fluid levels and report back.

Does the truck run OK when cold?

Check engine lamp on, by chance? Truck run okay otherwise?

Air filter OK? If there's inlet restriction it will pull the seals out of the turbo.

TYPICALLY trucks that smoke when cold but don't once it warms up have some ratty injectors in them - however, they will also run like a total can of garbage while cold.

Truck still got warranty?

An injector could have a small leak that bleeds out when the truck isnt running. Also, it could maybe be bad turbo seals. Hard to say without seein it.
