Default 2004 powerstoke help

would spraying brake cleaner in the intake with it still on truck through boost nipple cause injector problems.there was quite a bit sprayed trying to clean still in tact now its not runnin on all cylinders thanks

Yes and no.

A piece of wire could have done the same job, jammed through the nipple.

Brake clean is not real good for glow plugs, but it's probably not gonna ruin injectors.

well he did take a long skinny rod and stuck down in there in the intake tryin to break that stuff up.and now it will barely start and barely run.any thoughts and he actually took the nipple out and cleaned it out and he did the other with nipple still out.

I have had trucks where I have changed EGR valves and had them run like poop afterwards due to loose carbon getting into vaves and stuff, i would imagine. It usually clears up pretty quick.

ive run it a little bit and it will barely idle and the valves are hitting hard and it has no throttle responce and wont go over 20 mph the rpms wont go over 2000

Sounds like something ain't right for sure.

Check engine light on?

yea its showing p2262 code no boost detected but its a brand new turbo and you can hear it whistiling.

Is the map hose broken? Are you SURE the nipple is clean inside?

Is the map sensor any good?

brand new hose brand new map sensor and yea you can see through the nipple.
