Default hard start after sitting 10 hours

Hello everyone. I am new here and need help. I have a 03 6.0, no codes at all. But after it sits for 10 hours it will start and die instant 3 times and the 4th time it starts and runs. Once you start it, it starts and runs great all day. Even If it sits for 9 hours it will fire right up.

The last 3 days it has been turning over for about 10 seconds and then starting on the first long start with white smoke from raw fuel coming out the exhaust. No codes and all cylinders firing and strait lining. 2 and 5 are showing +10 but they are new injectors. All the others are 0.

I have rebuilt the secondary fuel filter housing, replaced the fuel pump and pickup valve in the tank. The powerstroke shop said the oil filter housing was losing prime causing the hard start. Complete replacement of the housing on top of the oil cooler and replace the oil cooler while there. The reservoir of the oil cooler remained full over night. It did not leak down as they said.

On the modis it is reading 1200 psi on the hpop in 2 seconds. The FICM is showing 48 and 13.7. Again no codes.

I went out of town and over night the truck was parked on an decline with the rear up about a foot above the front. The next morning It started up in 2 seconds. I came home and parked it on jack stands. 2 days in a row in fired up. I let it set for 3 days on the stands, again it fired up in 2 seconds. I pulled it off and let it set for 10 hours on flat land. It Started and died 3 times again.

Out of curiosity, I pulled the front tires on the jack stands and went out in 6 hours instead of 10 to start it. It started and died 3 times. So with the front up it decreased the time that it stayed primed. With the rear up, it stays primed for days.

Any thoughts on ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
