any help would be much appreciated, she starts up great but I have an intermittent rpm spiking issue, it dose it very sporadic, at cruise accelerating, below are some recent repairs.

• IPRValve
• ICPValve & pig tail f(ord parts)
• HPOP
• RemanufacturedFICM
• 2fuel injectors
• Oilchanged- oil filter (Motocraft) And the fuel filter (Motocraft)
• Turbohard are kit
• Gasket
• all new glow plugs and Glow Plug harness & relay
• Two new batteries.
• Added a Sinister diesel coolant filter system/ flushed coolant and changed.

the surging continues even if I unplug the ICP, Im trying to attach the video to help, Until I can I posted the video on the you tube, please take a look at the link below im open to any suggestions at this point.''thanks scott

well after pulling my hair our for a couple of days it turned out to be a crankshaft position sensor. I hope this helps somebody...

 

Ill have to check mine. I have a surge issue as well but mine does it under acceleration pretty much at any rpm. It kinda goes away at 3000rpm but it wont rev past like 3300. Ive been told either the vgt solenoid or possible the exhaust backpressure sensor tube is clogged. Problem with that is that i went to take it off and just about kinked the tube. I have to replace it in order to check it
