TBC is Trailer Brake Controller. And guess where that is, In the PCM. Now looking on other forums. Guys had this issue and a no start due to either, bad fuses or relay or wiped out pcm memory (fixed by reflashing it at the dealer) or bad grounds or crapped out pcm.
So what im thinking now and thinking back since the beggining this may be your issue. i know you checked those fuses and relays but id check again and check all ground including the pcm, if nothing comes up, then your best bet to bring it to the dealer for them to look at and atleast get them to reflash the pcm, if that comes negative, they may have to replace it.
This is a very rare problem, i would of never thought of it.

Well that arcing of that power cable is what made me think it was electrical in the first place and the lack of broken or damaged parts is even more puzzling.

If i swap another pcm in, will it run or does it go into a protect mode?

Ive done a pcm swap before to prove a point to somebody for some odd reason, its been awhile. But It started no problem but multiple codes appeared though. I swap a 06 pcm for a 03, and they had some different maps in them but didnt stop it from starting the truck.
So you can definitly find a used pcm but i recommend that you get ford to re-flash it and download the original maps of this specific year. it shouldnt cost a whole lot.

Testing the relay isnt to hard. Just look up some youtube videos, theres alot of them.

Ok ill check relays first and if that turns up nothing ill get a pcm and try that. The oil pressure coming up is a good sign tho.

A further development.....i found out that the turbo drain tube is leaking. It took a bunch more cranking before the oil pressure gauge would read anything again. So thats an issue and ive pulled the turbo back off to try again with the drain tube. Another issue is the oil tube inside the filter housing broke. So all the oil is just draining back into the motor when i stop cranking. Gotta get that fixed now too. Relays all seem fine. So once the oil system is finnally sealed, if it doesnt fire up its going to get scanned. Im tired of tossing parts at blindly.

I tried an Inova 3100 dtc scanner on the truck tonight and it wouldnt link up to the pcm. Is it at all possible that the pcm is toast? No codes or anything.....it turned on and said it was linking up and then i sat there for probably 10 mins and it never did anything.

Definitely, Either it's that or got some ground or wiring or harness issues. But I'm feeling pcm. Because wires should throw codes, but this is where l'electronics isn't my best and I hate it too
