Hey guys I have a 2005 f350 that recently died going down the road. Here are the mods: sct tuner, egr delete, power max stage 2, and I also installed the total solution kit last year with no issues until now. I have an ae scan tool that narrowed the problem down to the hpop system. I pulled the hpop and found the ipr screen head had come off the ipr valve and was stuck in the hpop, after getting the screen out of the hpop I inspected it and found that the screen was caved in (there was no holes in the screen though). After replacing the screen and putting it back together the truck currently shows no oil pressure at koeo but when cranking over it builds pressure on the dash gage but does not start. The max icp I have seen is 50 psi, the ipr duty cycle is at 55%, icp voltage is at .25. Has anyone seen similar numbers to this or have any suggestions, anything would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
