I need a good alternator......without breaking the bank... wheres a good place to get one?.. its for an 04 f350 single unit

Uuuummmmmmm........probably......so i take it....thats a no... After...new radiator..coolant filter...positive cable..two optima batteries. In the last two months..just looking for a reasonably priced alternator. But not wanting to get an oreilys reman

 

Autozone? limited life time warranty. thats what i am using right now.

I have another 200amps alternator here, sat in garage. just replaced a new regulator still havent tested yet. ill see if i can get it to work again.

 

Well...... i sold a kidney today... so i went and bought a DC alt. from FICM repair... the 185 amp version. Hopefully this will hold up well.

 

Ficm repair and DC Power are reputable folks! I have a DC Power alternator, worth every penny!

 

Well....the new DC 185 alt showed up today...put her in....and....no more battery light...so far.....put about 25 miles on the test crash...
Dealing with FICM was a good experience, he didnt try to upsell me. Will definitely go thru them again.
