OK - I have an 2006 Ford E350 superduty cutaway van with the 6.0 powerstroke; I recently installed a new egr and cooler as well as a new oil cooler. In the process we found the injector harness had gotten brittle and the insulation as falling apart in my hands, so it was replaced as well.
Now I'm getting P0136 (air flow sensor high resistance) and all glow plugs open/short - they were working fine before this with no codes. So any ideas as to what I might have screwed up that would make all 8 glowplugs show as open?

 

Verify the glow plug harnesses are fully seated to the glow plug control mpdule.
