hey guys i found an 06 f250 powerstroke with 268,000kms (not miles) that i want to go look at. it apparently has an egr delete and new head gaskets with arp studs. i'm just wondering if i go look at it what problems should i look for and how can i tell if it really does have arp studs done?

 

one thing to consider when buying something with higher mileage is the suspension. check for any signs of leaking from the shocks, sway bar bushings, end link bishings, drag link, etc. also check your brake lines, fuel lines and tranny lines for signs of corrosion, split connectors, etc. make sure you get a chance to start it when then engine is cold. you should be able to notice any misfires, low ficm, etc. good luck!
