Violent shaking while cold, once warm its fine
Hey guys, just bought an 04 f350 reg cab long bed 4wd 6speed with 160,000 miles on her
I did all new fluids and filters, added a coolant filter, added a 4" mbrp straight pipe, and i have an EGR delete that i still need to put on, has the blue spring upgrade..
I have a pretty violent shaking while the truck is cold until its at full operating temp then it doesnt shake anymore. Its only at idle so 800rpms? Theres a decent rattle in the trans, but once the clutch is pushed in the rattle goes away but the shaking from the motor still remains. Ive i give it just the slightest bit of throttle, the shaking goes away
Ive added REVX to my T5 oil change and have only put 100 miles on it since. My snap on Red Brick scanner says N/A next to everything when i try and pull up the information.
The truck doesnt smoke at all nor burn any coolant. EGR was cleaned and was pretty junked up in the hole it sits in.
I have not checked my FICM voltage yet, been waiting till my buddy can give me a hand with that. Does this sound like a bad misfire to you?? Thing runs like a bat out of hell once warmed up..
Thanks guys!

Tested the FICM today, received 48 v with key on and 48.6 while running..
I borrowed a snapon scanner from a buddy to check codes. There was a long list of codes, like fuel level sensor, a bunch of misfire codes and 2 injectors which cylinder 1 and 4...
Time for new injectors i take it. Contemplating on a set of 8 Warren Diesel injectors or just buying 2 factory reman injectors?
Truck will stay fairly stock while i own it. Only mod now is an exhaust and blue spring (if thats a mod )
