Default bad injector?

trucks a 2004 f250 sct mpt tunes coolant filter afe intake 4in exhaust s&b cnc pipe bd boost builder 58v ficm and also just ordered the blue spring
recently ive had some bad shakes when accelerating from 45-55 but will go away when i get on it i thought it was stiction and decided to upgrade to the 58v ficm...needed a new ficm anyway and i thought that had cured it well after a week with the new ficm tonight the shaking came back sometimes its slightly violent/very noticeable and other times not to bad at all but also when i put a lil standyne lubricity fuel additive no shaking ever until i need to fill up again and ive tried running hot shots oil additive and that did nothing never noticed any difference at all
so what do you guys think is my problem??

Poor quality fuel. Keep running the stanadyne and try different fuel suppliers. I had job at place with old trucks, mechanic got boss to order better fuel. Was the best I ever ran, started in any weather and great mileage! Now I just add fuel treatment every fill up.

Well I have 4 friends with 6.0 and they all fill up at te same gas station I do and the other 2 gas stations in my town have such shitty diesel and mixed with water that there tanks froze this winter but I never get fuel from there but not sure if it's bad fuel quality cuz just about every one that owns a diesel in my town goes to the same station as me

Could be hpop or high pressure oil leak in system. That usually shuts them down if it gets bad enough

Scan gauge or scanner and look at IPR desired vs actual. You need over 500 psi just to fire injectors. It goes up over 2000 under load
