Fuel Supply Line to Filter Banjo Bolt '06
Hey,
I have been taking the top off of the 6.0 because of a HPOP problem (no hot start).
The banjo bolt that connects the main supply fuel line to the filter housing on the motor from the
frame mounted fuel pump has rounded corners . Some one has been in here before.
(the stock looking EGR cooler has an '08 date code)
I was able to seat a 19mm 6 point socket with a few wacks and it worked.
Does anyone know what the part # is ?
Hard to believe that no one has done a drilled version.
It is not the same as the banjo's in the heads and every time I search all I get is 6.0 - 6.4.
(already did that mod)

Found !!
Wow, that was easy. Only 40 minutes play on Ford's part system w/ the parts guy steering at
my local Ford dealer. Man that system needs to be updated to something that actually finds a part !!!!
I'm very lucky the parts guy was willing to work with me. Thank you George !!!!!!!
It was shown on the fuel line drawing which took a ton of drilling down to find.
Banjo Bolt (no wonder we couldn't find it they called it a screw)
W301558 Screw
Washer (you need 2 but drawing shows only 1)
F6TZ-9160-AA Gasket
The new Banjo Bolt (screw) appears to have slightly bigger holes and the washer no longer has
a rubber ring on it. But I will have to massage those banjo holes just a bit.
