Default 6.0 rough idle-slow power on rev/acceleration HELPP

Hey guys, new to the page but heres whats going on its driving me crazy....

i have a 2005 f-250 6.0L egr reroute, swamps stage1.5(baby swamps)injectors, arp studs, oem headstuds, egr delete, wicked wheel on the stock turbo, afe intercooler inlet and outlet pipes...Now for what is going on

About a month ago it got really cold up here in northern new york and our diesel was rated up to -10 well it was -37 out, i wasnt completely gelled up but it was getting there losing power/rough idle/ acceleration was no existant/ stalled once but i threw some 911 in, got her home pulled in the garage changed filters and cut it with kerosene good to go ran perfect.... well ever since then ive been running a 50-50 mix... about a week ago it started doing it again and the temp was around 0 so i put some 911 in her let idle for 30 minutes, running good went to go to work and about 8-10 miles down the road i went to go up a hill and S*** hit the fan no power i went from 65 to 25 and it was idling real rough, not misfiring just starving for fuel it sounded like... made it to work pulled the fuel filters they were waxed over and gummed up... naturally i changed them jumped in the truck fired right up after purging/priming the system...5 mins later rough idle, no power 2000 rpms was all i could get it up to and then let idle then died out...so i brought it home to do the test because ford said it was a injector over the phone which i know they just want money.
Tests Results
-flashpaq is reading no codes at all

-Ficm reading 48.7v key on and it read 48.8 truck running

-checked my batteries they were low put two new ones in

-unplugged my icp still does the samething

-oil pressure is good

-no white/black/blue smoke on start up or running

-no missfire - no hicups on cranking over

-but if i let the truck sit for a minute and cycle the key about 5 or 6 times it fires right up--runs good with all the power it should then about 10 minutes later its back at it with the rough idle and no power?

-bubble test on top filter which was bone dry when i opened it, no bubbles but the fuel bowl filled up extremely slow so i though hey its my fuel consumption. Pulled off my old lift pump got the old pump out and the housing had some sludge in it, so i let it sit in parts cleaner put in the new airtex lift pump, i pulled a sample of fuel from the tank by pressurising the return fuel line and it came out clean so i got her buttoned up primed/purged her again fired right up running good/idling good/lots of power take her up the road and back at it again i barley made it back home.... so next day my new fuel pressure regulator kit came in (blue spring mod) same thing pulled the old one off which was clean now... put the new kit on primed the truck again and it fired right up, running great a boat load more power took it up the road good to go, got up to 80 mph good... pull in the driveway and it was back at it again...............................prime it like 5 or 6 times it funs good until it seems like it runs out of fuel in the lines but everything new...could it be my tank?Fuel lines? any ideas?

Sure sounds like a fuel problem. Check wire harness going to the tank to see if you have a broken wire. If nothing found check connection on fuel lines.

When you take the valve cover check and see if you have the update oil feed tubes and plugs. Old ones are 10 mm hex head and updated ones are 12 mm

Injectors relatively easy . . Just pay attention to details and be clean.
