There's a higher probability of significant engine damage if you continue to drive. You might get lucky, you might not. I can tell you from personal experience that the longer a 6.0 is driven with a blown gasket the more likely it is to see cylinder related issues that require boring. Some of those cases have been by small amounts of water entering the cylinder and some have been caused by overheating. There's obviously other issues that it could cause. Some vehicles may even experience a hydrolock condition. Personally? If you don't have the money to fix it now and you continue to drive it, how will you afford to fix it if a more expensive failure occurs? I wouldn't drive it.
