Default antifreeze leaking from back of block

hey I was just wondering if anyone has had a problem with antifreeze leaking out of the back of the block in a 2003 f250 6.0 litre diesel. and if so what could be possible cause. I also have a code 2285 which is for an icp sensor and could that be a cause of leak. thanks any information would be helpful

The 2 are not related.. the antifreeze is almost definitely coming from the small hose on the EGr cooler, they are prone to leaking and can be replaced with a piece of heater hose and regular clamps instead of the slip fit hose that comes from the factory.

see that little blue hose, that's it, yours might be orange if it is stock

Mine does it when really really cold outside. Odd but thanks Bob, I'm putting in cooler with freeze plugs in ends, will get hose too!
