I have a 05 f250 not creating much boost 13 psi at full throttle. It is not the cat because it is straight piped. I cleaned the turbo and the unison ring moved freely. Get get really hot 1250+ really fast. My truck has been studded and egr is deleted.i was looking at the vgt% it is almost always 15-18% wile driving down the road no matter what. I unplugged the Vgt solenoid and it climbed to 85%
