hey guys any help would be appreciated. like titile says i am working on a 2003 f450 6.0 bucket truck, 219k runs good until its warm and then one of two things happens sometimes it will just die going down the road. turning around while testing yesterday stepped down fairly hard and it just shut off. restarted once after lots of cranking then died again and had to get towed with chain. half way back i tried it and she fired up. ran back to shop and pulled in to look at data. ficm sync good, ficm voltage good, ipr at 47, icp actual and desired both at about 1300. shut truck off and let set ten minutes. when i came back it would not start again which has been the original problem with this truck. all data was the same. has a new hpop and all orings as well as ipr valveand tried two icp sensors. codes are po603, po670,p1000,p2617. the 2617 is crankshaft sensor signal loss. which could be the problem. would i lose ficm sync if that is the issue and why only when its hot once truck cools off starts right back up. the truck has no mods at all. i have air tested for leaks and cannot find any. i am thinking of putting a ckp sensor in it what do you all think. thanks in advance.
