ford f250 shut down need help

ATTN ford f250 shut down need help

I have an 05 f250 6.0 started noticeing didn't have as much power as it used to was pulling my horse trailer down the interstate felt a hiccup in the pedal then the truck shut down and went into limp mode shut it off sat there for bout fifteen minutes then it started back up drove off ok but this happened three more time before I got it home no warning light came on at all had it put on a computer and only code that came up was low circuit egr fault now when you gas it t try an pass someone it will runrpm bout 3000 won't shift and goes into limp mode replaced the ficm bout year ago need help asap don't no wee to start

I would start by pulling the EGR valve and giving it a good cleaning, check to make sure the Orings are still in good shape. Have you replaced the STC fitting on the HPOP yet? you will want to do that soon as it will fail you in the future, it can/will cause a hot no start condition and finally will get so bad it won't run. standpipes and dummy plugs should be replaced at some point too.

Did pull the egr valve out and cleaned it it was stuck the stc fitting don't no what that is would bad fuel filters cause a problem like this

Yes clogged fuel filters will definitely cause it to run like crap, they should be changed every 15k.
