Default Engine Troubles

My 2004 F350 was misfiring... a little at first but it got so bad it was shaking the truck. I took it in and had the fuel filter changed. Still doing it. Next was the cam sensor (twice). Still doing it. Had the injectors replaced in the fall. Bi-passed the catalytic converter. Swapped out the turbo. Etc. Can't figure it out! Fuel pressure is good. Injectors reading 100%. Seems to happen once it warms up a bit. Doesn't do it while idling only when trying to accelerate. Help... any ideas?!!

I had the same issue, it was a dead injector, though on mine it was the tiny bolt that holds the magnets to the side of the injector, the nut came loose and it would only miss under a good load. I couldn't drive 60mph because it would shake too bad but at 70 it was better. if you click on my name and go to my profile I think I have a picture of the injector with the nut coming off.
