Default blue spring upgrade
Must you buy the $70 kit with the new regulator housing, or is the $30 spring and o-ring only kit I found sufficient to get the job done?

you probably could but I think your chance of having a leak goes up a bunch id rather spend the extra 40 bucks to reduce the possibility of having to do it twice
