Hate to keep bugging you people but have another problem.
As most of you know bought a 2004 (early) f350. When I bought it was told the hpop was bad. Replaced it without testing (wrong thing to do). Put it back and the problem was still there, start but die after warm up, and then would not start till cool off. Paid a mechanic to pull air test and he said no leaks.
Changed the orings on injectors, same problem. I bought the stuff to do the air test and most of the orings on the nipples from the oil rail was leaking.
Changed all of them on both sides. Got it back together and hooked the ae to it, ran batteries low first time with no high pressure. Only ran the batt down to 10 volts from ae. Recharged batts ip pressure desired was 2200 actual was almost 1600. Batts go low recharged now I cannot get actual high pressure. Shows 104.5 but that is usually to number I get when I first hook up the ae. Checked to make sure the ip reg was still plugged in. And unplugged it but still only 104.5 or 105. something no difference with it plugged or unplugged.
Any one have any suggestions.

Thanks your help is appreciated.

have you checked the low pressure oil yet, I know you have done alot to it allready so I can't remember. You have to be careful with the IPR because if you leave a full 12 volts to them too long when air testing it can hurt the IPR solenoid. the IPR valve normall run at a lower voltage sent from the computer, that is why they will only go to 85%, when you put 12 volts to it then it will close 100% but it realy shouldn't be left on for more then a minute at a time, I have one that got realy hot after it was on for a while so I replaced it.

Check to make sure you have stock filter cap and either a Motorcraft filter or a Fram filter/they are the same item/ also make sure the little plunger is in the bottom of the oil filter housing, if it is missing then the oil will bleed down and might not allow the oil resivoir for the HPOP to fill up

The oil comes up after about 3 or 4 secs of cranking.
I bought the box that plugs into the ipr and connects to battery, did not leave it on very long maybe a min or two. Do not know if full 12 volts goes to it.
The ae shows ipr at 84% if I remember right.
