Default First 6.0 and a few issues, advice please

I have just purchased a 2006 f250 and it was a work truck with 198,000 miles but i got a good deal on it. It does seem to have the stiction issue as it runs great in the afternoon or after it gets nice and warmed up but the morning trip to work it just plain sucks! I see the rev-x reviews on here and i might try that till i can get new injectors. I changed the oil as soon as I got it home and it was pretty much sludge, what is the best way to clean as much of that out as possible? The rest of the truck seems to have been well takin care of for a company work truck, I do get the water in fuel message which im working on getting new filters and running the old fuel out this thing was at an auction lot for who knows how long, and I get the p0299 and p0405 codes so I think it is a faulty egr since both have that possible symptom. I plan on cleaning up the turbo soon and do a full coolant flush and save for a new egr and sensor, I have cleaned the new sensor and still the codes. I am gonna stay stock with it for the meantime till funds become available. Any other advice would be awesome, this is my first diesel.

Work out these small bugs. If you can get with some local members to share ideas and help along the way. Just drive that 6.0 !!!

The oil looked that rough? hows your coolant level? The wif light could be algae in the water separator. You can pull the cover off and clean any rust/algae out and off of the sensor. I always suggest deleting egr if you can get away with it. I would replace oil cooler after your coolant flush and add a coolant filter kit.
