Default replaced rear calipers & pads. brakes wont bleed properly

we replaced both left and right rear calipers, mounting brackets, and pads because they were needed. now that all of that is done, we cannot get a firm pedal once bleeding the brake lines. we made sure to do the correct sequence (RR, LR, RF, LF) and the pedal feels great until you start the truck. then you have to pump them to get it to fully stop and is very "squishy"
made sure that the brake fluid resivor was full at all times. cannot get air out of lines anymore.

please give ideas!

Bleeders on the top or bottom.

should be on top.

Someone else had the same issue, it is because of the antilock brakes if I remember right, I will try to find the thread to see how they got it to bleed right.
