I need help i have i 2004 ford f250 harley davidson edition and it will only crank but it wont start i took it to ford for a diagnostic and they said that icp sensor and pigtail were bad and ipr valve was also bad replaced all brand new with original ford parts but still no luck. Can anyone help?

 

...I'm thinking you have a hp oil problem...possible a stand tube or the hpop blew the fitting off the back...I would think a ford dealer would be all over this by now.but...I could be wrong

 

Give us a lttle history. Has it been driving normal till now? any long cranks before this happened? did it die driving down the road? or did it just not start one morning??

 

We have 03 F350 diesel that cranks but won't start. It went to Ford shop and they ran the test and it came back with oil codes. They want $1200 or more to look further so I'm towing it back home and will try to fix it. Anyone out there had this problem? We already checked the fuel system and it was ok. The truck has new oil filter and oil. we're thinking it could be a sensor.

 

The key is how did it die?? did it just not start one day? or did it die while running??
