recently replaced ficm with 80hp tune and 58volts.after a month the truck now will smoke excessive if floored but will not go at all.if kept at 1/4 throttle the truck flies.fuel filters recently replaced.also turbo makes a howling noise.there is no shaft play.could a vane be possibly stuck in the turbo or an injector be clogged?

 

sounds like one or more injectors are underfueling
