Default 6.0l blowing rich black smoke in park and has fuel knock

To start from the beginning I have a 2004 f-350 king ranch that just recently had extensive repairs all at once done to it. The high pressure oil pump went out so i bought a new along with egr delete, oil cooler, arp head studs, new gaskets and seals, 4'' mbrp full exhaust straight, new fuel pump and sct tuner. After install truck ran great for the first two days then it started blowing rich black smoke out the exhaust while in park and having a fuel knock. Took it back to the mechanic and he said I need all new injectors. The truck is doing the exact same thing when the hpop supposedly went out. Any advise

The injectors could be one issue,I would also think if your new hpop is faulty.

I was thinking the same thing considering it has the same fuel knock and loss of power. But it was blowing so much black smoke that it was putting a line of burnt diesel on the ground and if I was going above 50 it would not have a fuel knock. I did get the hpop from a local ford dealership. On the scanner its showing the injectors 1,4

The tips of the #1,4 injectors could also be blown out.Causing alot of fuel to be dumped into your cylinders?
Does the #1,4 injector codes say what it's showing?

When we pulled the driver side injectors all the copper washers on the injectors looked good and none of them looked like they were coming off

not to my knowledge he hasnt all he has done is put all the parts on and turn the truck on. it ran good until two days later then fuel knock and black smoke while in park. Took it back to hime and he scanned it said I had bad injectors pulled the 4 on the driver side and put 4 different ones in still same problem. Then when he said that i would just have to have new injectors i said okay just have to wait until i can get extra cash ready he went ahead and sent off my old ones to be rebuilt without asking so now i dont know if the orginal injectors are the ones that got sent off or not just know my truck is sitting in a shop bay with no injectors in it and waiting.
