Hi guys this is my first post on this site, thanks for all the other great info I've read up on! I am having a surge issue on my 05 6.0 Powerstroke. I've got the following mods installed on my truck - silverline exhaust, airraid intake, blue spring, steel cac tubing, and bully dog triple dog tune. Just recently I replaced thermostat, fuel filters, and egr valve with one welded shut. I have no idea what is causing this surge; both at a stop with my foot on the brake as well as when coasting along - any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Unplug the ICP sensor and see if it does the same thing, alot of times that is the first sign that the ICP sensor is failing.
