What are the ccs of your 6.0 injectors? I ask because Power Stroke injectors are usually classed by nozzle size not hp rating. Next, speaking from experience, throw that Edge into the circular file! I can trace the failure of my transmission back to that POS edge. Also, custom tuning can get more out of those injectors.

I just did the IDP FICM tune on my 2003 and I am happy with the results. Better throttle response and less smoke on spool up. There are other options, PHP has an Edge Evolution based unit that will tune the FICM and there are places that can up it to 58 volts.

I have read other posts that suggest the FICM tuning will have little noticeable effect since you have the modded injectors. Since FICM tuning primarly effects the pulse width the larger nozzles have the same effect. Additionally I recall the FICM tuning MAY clean up any exhaust hazing or unwanted smoke.

Yeah, test your batteries and your FICM before doing anything else. What the heck are 60hp nozzles? Did you order nozzles from a Dodge site? , sorry I had to. We tend to use real numbers when talking about 6.0 injectors, CC's (volume of injector) and a % number for nozzles over stock. So 135/stock is a 135cc injector (stock size) and a stock nozzle. Common upgrades are 175/75 (175cc's/75% larger nozzles) 190/100's etc...

Sorry, I get caught up in the abbreviations sometimes. My FICM flash programmer came from Innovative Diesel Performance (IDP). Like Heavy Assault said, it cleaned up some of the smoke. Power Hungry Performance (PHP) can do a FICM flash or they sell the Edge Evolution based FICM programmers. That should get you started. I'm not sure who does 58V FICMs. Then again, I don't know if FICM tuning has made 58V conversions irrelevant.
