the turbo charger variable fins are sticking cause an over boost condition at w.o.t . if cause is not corrected it will bust the intercooler tank agian.

It's weird how easy some bust... but there's also guys running larger injectors and bigger turbos easily pushing more air than even a stuck turbo and have no issues...
