Coolant problem??
Not surprising. If there is no EGR cooler and a new cap doesn't fix it, there's basically nothing else it can be...
Make sure you get the heads decked flat this time and that who ever is installing them torques the head studs properly with the new lube and the new specs.

So the heads were sent out to a machine shop for testing and ended up being cracked. Plus some other odds and ends that were wrong as it got takin apart. Nothing like a $7500 bill when your expecting it to be 4500
My buddy just went through the same thing, he beat you though, $7900. Too bad he was several states away we could of done it ourselves.
MAKE SURE you get the new heads decked too, or you're going to be doing this again, I don't care what Ford tells you, take those heads to a machine shop, have them decked to .000"
