I found the 10.25 Lock Right at Rocky Road for $375.

1999-2008 Super Duty/excursion - 10.5" Rear Axle - 10.5" Differentials
Bang for the buck, I'd do the Lock Right in the one leg carrier, or buy a used Traction Lock and a rebuild kit.
